Calendar connections
Carry Hostly event timing into the calendar you already use.
Add one event
Use the calendar action from event details when you only need a single plan on your calendar. Review the calendar destination and event timing before confirming the handoff.
Connect a calendar
Open Calendar connections in Settings to connect a supported calendar account or subscription. A connection reduces repeated manual additions when you regularly use Hostly for plans.
Choose what is included
Review the available sync preferences before enabling a connection. The choices shown determine which eligible Hostly events are sent to the selected calendar.
Handle event changes
When an event's timing changes, check the connected calendar entry to confirm it reflects the update. Behavior can vary between a direct calendar connection and a one-time event addition.
Disconnect safely
Disconnecting stops the calendar connection from handling future Hostly changes. Existing entries may remain in the calendar and can require separate cleanup there.
