Using Hostly
Calendar view
Browse the Hostly events available to you by date and move directly from a day into its plans.
Open the calendar
Use Calendar to see your Hostly events organized by date. This view includes plans available to your account; it is separate from connecting Hostly to another calendar service.
Move between dates
Navigate through months or choose a date to focus the event list. Dates with available events help you see where plans are concentrated without opening each event first.
Open an event
Select an event from the chosen date to open event details. From there you can check timing and location, update your RSVP, or continue planning.
Understand missing events
An event must be available to the signed-in account before it appears. Open an invitation link or confirm you are using the invited account when a plan is missing.
Use an external calendar
Calendar view organizes activity inside Hostly. Use Calendar connections or the add-to-calendar action when you also want event timing in another calendar app.
