Event details
Everything about an event lives in one workspace: the essentials, people, plan, and conversation.
Start with the event overview
The top of the event brings together its title, image, date and time, location, description, hosts, and your current RSVP. This is the shared source of truth for the plan, so changes made by a host appear here for everyone with access.
Respond to the invitation
Choose Going, Maybe, or Declined from the event rather than replying in a separate message. Your response is reflected in the people view, and you can update it later if your plans change.
Use the time and location
Open the location in your available maps app when an address is provided, and add the event to a supported calendar from its event actions. For online or still-forming plans, the host can use the description to share arrival notes, links, or timing context.
See who is involved
The people view groups hosts, confirmed guests, maybe responses, declines, and invitations still waiting for a response. Open a person for the actions available to your role; hosts have additional controls for roles, access, and removal.
Plan together
Sign-up sheets coordinate items and quantities, polls keep group decisions attached to the event, and checklists track preparation. Because these tools live inside the event, participants can act without searching through an unrelated group chat.
Keep up with the conversation
Event chat is the place for updates, questions, and decisions that affect the group. Reactions help acknowledge a message, pins keep important information visible, and notification controls let you reduce noise for this event.
Edit as a host
Hosts can update event information and manage the people, planning tools, reminders, and settings available for the event. Before changing a recurring plan, check whether the action applies only to this occurrence or to the wider series.
