Guests
Invitations and RSVPs
Invite people to an event, track responses, and let guests RSVP without losing the event details around the invitation.
Invite friends
Choose people from your friends list to send the event directly to their Hostly accounts. Inviting this way makes the event easy to recognize and keeps their response attached to the right person.
Choose invitation access
Supported controls can determine whether an invitation is open, limited by capacity, or available only until an expiration time. Review these settings before distributing a link widely.
Respond as a guest
Invitees can choose Going, Maybe, or Declined while keeping the event details in view. Supported guest flows also let someone respond by name without first completing a full account setup.
Update a response
Plans change, so an attendee can return to the event and update their RSVP when allowed. Hosts see the latest response in the people view rather than needing to reconcile chat messages manually.
Track attendance
The people view groups confirmed, maybe, declined, and pending responses. Hosts can use this view to understand capacity, follow up thoughtfully, and distinguish a missing response from a decline.
