Find your events

Home, Search, Calendar view, and the event lists in Settings provide different ways to return to plans available to your account. Use Search when you remember the event but not its date.

Separate hosted and invited plans

A host manages event information and people, while a guest participates through the access chosen for that event. The actions shown inside event settings reflect your current role.

Review past events

Past events move out of the upcoming flow but remain useful for reviewing details, people, planning history, or conversation when access is still available.

Leave an event

A guest can use the available leave action when they no longer want access to a plan. Leaving is different from changing an RSVP: it can remove the event and its activity from the account.

Cancel or delete as a host

Hosts may have controls to cancel or delete an event. Read the confirmation carefully because the action can affect guest access, invitations, planning content, and notifications.

Manage a recurring event

Before changing or removing a repeating plan, confirm whether the action applies to one occurrence or the series. A series-wide action can affect future dates and reusable planning settings.

If an event disappears

Check the signed-in account, invitation status, past-event view, and Search. The host may also have removed the event or changed your access.
