Events
Recurring events
Create a connected series for plans that happen on a repeating schedule.
Create the repeat pattern
Choose how often the event repeats and, when requested, when the series should end. Hostly creates connected occurrences so each date remains part of the same ongoing plan.
Open an occurrence
Each occurrence has its own event details, responses, and activity. This lets participants RSVP to the date they are actually attending instead of giving one answer for the entire series.
Change one event or the series
For supported edits, Hostly asks whether the change belongs to one occurrence or the wider series. Check that choice carefully before changing a date, location, or repeating schedule.
Use recurring planning tools
Reusable planning templates can prepare sign-up sheets, polls, and checklists for future occurrences. Review generated planning items when a particular date needs something different.
End the repetition
Use the series controls to stop future occurrences without confusing them with a single cancellation. Existing occurrences and their history may be treated separately from dates that have not happened yet.
